Annika Connor is a Brooklyn-based multifaceted artist, screenwriter, and SAG-AFTRA actor, embodying the spirit of a modern Renaissance woman. Renowned for her evocative watercolor and oil paintings, Connor's work is characterized by solid symbolism and vivid imagery that sparks the imagination. Connor received a BFA in 2002 from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where she studied Painting & Performance. Since then, she has participated in numerous groups and solo exhibitions. Connor is a Upright Citizens Brigade certified Improv Actor and studied comedy writing & performance at the Magnet Theater, the People’s Improv Theater, Blueprint Screenwriting Group, and more. A member of SAG-AFTRA since 2007, Annika Connor was elected to the SAG-AFTRA New York Board in 2023. Additionally, Connor currently serves on the SAG-AFTRA New York Government Affairs and Public Policy Committee, the Performers with Disabilities Committee, and as an alternate on the National AI Task Force.
